Family law

Justine is a Senior Associate at M+K, where she practises exclusively in family law, and has done so for over 10 years. She is experienced in all aspects of family law practice including parenting and children's issues, financial settlements for both married and defacto partners, child support, and cohabitation and pre-marriage agreements.

Justine was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor of Supreme Court of Victoria in 1991 and joined M+K in 2008.

Justine is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section and the Law Council Of Australia.
