Peter has been involved in commercial legal practice for over 30 years.
Areas of Practice He has a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts in all commercial areas, having acted for a number of listed companies and small to medium enterprises and Insolvency Practitioners throughout his career.
Professional Recognition Peter is also a member of the Business Law Section of the Australian Law Council and a founding member of its Insolvency section; a member of INSOL International. He was an editor of the Legal Advisors Guide to Franchising (previously published by CCH). He has also published papers and delivered addresses at seminars over many years in many areas of commercial and corporate law.
